I am writing on behalf of my cousin (i am following up with this travel agency as my cousin is in abroad for his studies) who approached this agency for airline ticket booking. they charged my cousin rs 1, 10, 000 for 2 tickets to travel to canada on aug 28th. the tickets were booked in june, the travel agency sent us an forged ticket and didn't even bother to let us know further details. when i called them back they said it would take another 30 days to issue original ticket as they were waiting for their so called supplier to issue tickets. i asked them for refund. they mentioned in email it would take 45 working days for refund of money. it's been more than 45 days and they don't even bother to tell me about where's my money unless i call them. they told me to wait until 10th of oct to wait for refund. when i see the reviews for this travel agency, it seems many people have been duped by this firm. my cousin forgot to check the authenticity of their service before paying them money and now we are being tricked by these every time i call them with their non sense explanations. i honestly request to initiate action against this firm and help us to get our money back. i am from hyderabad and waiting below are attached details of this fraud travel agency -
