The cab was stinking. The driver didnt give any respect. The sight seeing places are very less. When the local taxi can cover many places in 1 day why cant you cover? The experience with the driver was worst, we left the vehicle and hired local taxi for sightseeing. Then the driver was at our hotel the same dad evening and was asking us to pay money. Who the hell is he to ask money. The agent was also too rude. If the guest dont like the travel or the driver who is not good in driving howw will we continue. They didnt give the driver the iteranary also. Daily morning there would be a fight b/w the guests and the driver, then we used to call the agent and there was a lot of wastage of time due to this. And the driver is not puntual. The agent is the worst. When we pay full amount and they dont offer full service, why will we pay? They demand for money and say things like complaing to police if the money is not paid, if the service is not good why will we pay the amount? Teach the agent how to speak. And now who is going to pay for the inconvince which was caused by you. We can also file a police complaint but we are not that worst people to do that. Was this information helpful? | 
Thanks for your review, Kindly note that in Himachal sector we always took 30% of total amount. Rest you can pay during the tour. In your case When you finish your tour & last day when Our driver ask for balance payment you refuse to pay the money to driver @ 25000/- and you try to book another cab for shimla to delhi by self which cost will be @ 5000/-
How can we close our file in 25000/- loss, Anyway Only because of this experience we now we will take full amount before departure.
