Came in for an appointment to get my invisalign and went to the customer service desk, spoke with annabell and she informed me that i was 2 months behind in my payments. After informing her that was impossible she proceeded to count on her fingers the months i was behind loud where other customers could here. I ended the conversation. Once i got back to my office, anna the office manager called to inform me that she went over my bill and my bill was actually paid in full because i had been making more on my monthly payments.
I called today, october 16th to schedule an appointment to pick up my invisalign and annabell informed we that i would have to wait until a dentist comes in and they would give me a call. I didn’t understand what that had to do with me picking up my invisalign. I usually go in, get them put in and leave as i stated to her. She said we will call you when a dentist comes in. I asked to speak to anna. Anna said we have a dentist in but she needs to get the training and it will be at least a week or two.
Annabell doesn’t explain things, she is rude, and unprofessional. I purposely try and avoid her. She embarrassed me in front of other customers and doesn’t know how to talk in a professional environment.
I have paid my bill off early and will continue to pay once my invisalign is done with my permanent retainer. I will not recommend anyone to my dentist in lawton and i’m disappointed in this behavior of an employee.
