I had placed order for a flower bouquet (specifically made from NIshigandha/rajanigandha and red roses) and chocolates (order no. #[protected]. Since I wanted the above mentioned flowers specifically, I had a chat, twice with their online assistance to confirm if they can exactly deliver same flowers; Online support assured the same. In all I paid Rs. 2199. But actually what was delivered was just a road side bouquet which even without bargaining one can get for not more than Rs. 150. I repeatedly mailed them but no reply. Initially for long time they didnot attend the call and when connected it was very rudely answered. When asked about 'why did they replace order to something cheap?' They said 'those flowers requested were not available with them and as per their terms and conditions if the ordered material is not available with them they will replace order with something of same cost'. I tried to explain them that since I wanted only specific flowers so had chatted with your online assistance just a day before, why didn't they convey it to me. Still I understand if those flowers were not available they could have mailed me so that I could have selected something available with them '. The exact words I was answered with were 'We have other orders to deal with and get lost' . Is this the way to answer your costumers, one who pays for your service ? And if their was a problem in delivering my customised order why didn't they contact me immediately? You can find the photo attached to find out which bouquet was actually delivered. Do u think they have replaced the good worthy of the cost ordered?
I would say waste your money and spoil your special day, invite headache by ordering though this site.
