Hi.

Same as i read others, even i had sent a gift to my sister in mumbai. The entire gift is not traceable and no customer service contact nor any web portal chat which works
How do i get to know when the parcel is reaching. Feeling ashamed in front of my sister as my gift didn’t reach. I still told her that you guys had called and it’s delayed and on it’s way today.

Request you kindly deliver it even though it is late.

If fake company, then my advise to you guys is don’t do these sins or such thefts are paid back by your families. Rakhi day was a holy thing. You fooled us.
Please prove me wrong.

Updated by cyrus1820 And one more thing, I would not wish for a refund but I prefer if you deliver the gift to my sister today itself so my respect is maintained. I would not want her to feel I lied and didn’t send her anything.

Updated by cyrus1820 Update nd acknowledge asap. Or I will post this complain to all social media sites and to the nearest cyber crime cell. Me being into police department won’t wait longer.

My order 802586 ( midnight express delivery) not delivered at scheduled time. Very poor service with no contact information to track delivery. Very disappointed.. please avoid shopping from unprofessional service providers. I need my money back.
