[Resolved] My Flower Tree — charged extra same day delivery charges and product not yet delivered | |
I placed a order at 12:40 pm on 15th august on my flower tree website on the occasion of rakhi. My order no. Is 548352. They promised same day delivery before 9pm of 15th and charged extra rs.99 for it. Making the total amount to rs.694 and they didnot deliver the order. Later they rescheduled the delivery date to 16th august without any prior information and order is not yet delivered. They customer care no. Doesnot exist the customer support doesnot reply to any messages and mails. If they cannot deliver order why do they take orders and additionally how can they charge extra same day delivery charges when they can’t do as promised. Worst experience ever. Aug 30, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved They refunded the extra amount charged for same day delivery and refunded the difference in amount between placed order and the actual delivered product.i.e.refunded Rs.199 My Flower Tree customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
