[Resolved] My Flower Tree — Company misleading on delivery date | |||||
I ordered some flowers for mothers day. They promised to deliver during Mothers day. The flowers are still not delivered. To my surprise, I got a sms stating the flowers are delivered. When I looked the online portal, it does mention delivered. I have been following up with the myflowerteam since yesterday and they kept promising on Chat (with a guy named Nitin) that it will be delivered on 14th. Now ( few mins back - 4PM, 15th May) I get a call from the delivery boy to deliver the flower. When I mentioned this was for mothers day the delivery person is not cooperating and is abusive. I have ordered few things from the site but this is by far the worst service. The myflowerfree customer service is not answering the call for past 30 minutes. Verified Support May 16, 2017 My Flower Tree Customer Care's response We tried delivering the order but recipient refused to accept.We notify the customer regarding the same that delivery is attempted. As it's a perishable product, redelivery of same is not possible. | |||||
