Am ordered birthday cake in flowertree website and For this order payment also done from my card same has been debited from my account, two days later received one mail from flower tree i.e order delivered on 15th Jan 20 but till now order not received they are cheating customers.

I request this forum please help me to resolve this issue further create awareness to public about this online e shop.
