Wanted to send a gift to mom and dad and ordered cupcakes. The cupcakes themselves were not bad but the guy who delivered them behaved like a rude fraudster. He insisted on coming inside the house and asked for extra money for the delivery. My parents are quiet people and his behaviour gave them lots o[censored]npleasant impressions. My present was spoiled because of the awful delivery guy! The online tracking was also invalid, not giving proper real-time delivery status.

I have ordered flowers and cake, my order number 332083 is this. No reply and cake aand flowers not received. Payment is deducted. And order is not delivered.
