Order nos. 684146 and 684173 have been placed with the website on a 1-day delivery guarantee basis. They were due for delivery on the 3rd of August. Today is the 6th and the orders are still not delivered. The order status on the websites has been showing out for delivery since the 4th. The respondent on the automated chat states that the order failed delivery once. However, there has been no recorded attempt to deliver the orders from my end- no phone calls, no notification. The customer care phone line has not been working either. The "We will call you back" service isn't working either. The mail isn't working either. I repeatedly asked for the cancellation of the orders and initiation of the refund today, considering the incapability to make the delivery, on the chat service but to no effect.
