I booked for valentine's day gift on 14nth feb in myflowertree sitei didn't get the gift that day no one is called me till now i called their customer care no response from then i tracked my order yesterday and it showing the product is delivered but i didn't get product and i called them no response from them. I need my amount to be refunded rs. 1043 rupees and because of them my valentine's day destroyed so i need compensation for that day.

I purchased a product on the occasion of valentines day it was supposed to be delivered by 9pm. However the product is not delivered. Customer care is not picking up ph. Also the order cannot be tracked.
This is plain and simple cheating. I want my refund immediately fraud company.

So unprofessional website they have taken money but still not delivered the delivery i[censored] people are so unprofessional it's better to close the company atleast dnt check the customer's my order number is 629445 contact me as soon as possible.. v bad staff they block customers numbers as well
