My Flower Tree — i'm complaining about pathetic service, cheap packaging and wrong product delivery. | |||
I ordered 4 rakhi sets (Each containing 4 rakhis), each of rs.495. When i started tracking my order status that was not displayed. I thought it would get working in some time so i should wait. Next day i got a call from my cousin askinh whether you sent these rakhis. He told me it was handed over in cheap polythene bag and also a card with worst handwriting. These people from my flower tree are shameless, they not only send simple rakhis whereas i ordered pearl rakhi but they were delivered it in an orange cheap polythene bag. Inspite of complaining so many times, they are not bothered. Very cheap website. Was this information helpful? | |||
