Cake received is worst quality, very disappointed with this, and I have paid for midnight delivery on 2nd sep but it not done. And this is not the cake which I have ordered, plz do the needful

Order no #542230 was ordered on 14th & same was supposed to be delivered on same day.After multiple follow us still did not got any response, finally Rakhi got delivered on 15 at 3. pm without the items which was ordered
2 10 RS each simple Dairy milk instead of Fruit & Nut chocolate.2 pearl Rakhi with hardly 50gm Almond instead of cane basket with 100 grams Cashew & 100 grams Almond.
Felt ashamed once I received the confirmation from received.
Useless site, useless response, pathetic service.
Will never recommend this to anyone.
