Received message: unavailability of recipient, rescheduled the delivery to 15/02/2019.
I placed an order for gift orderno:464205 to be delivered on 14th feb 2019.
Paid rs 400 for the delivery charge alone as the company above stated assured delivery on the said date. I contacted the customer care through chat, but their reply for nearly 4 times were will be delivered on time asap.
But the delivery did not happen and tried calling them on phone and the number says invalid.
At late moment they messaged me that delivery is postponed to 15th feb due to unavailability of recipients.
This attitude from the said company is not acceptable at all when we pay huge delivery charges and the delivery did not happen.
The above said incident ruined my whole day and worsened a good occasion. I need a possible compensation for this. Was this information helpful? |
