[Resolved] My Happy Journey — Tour itinerary | |||
Presently i am on south india tour. I am supposed to get 3 star hotel accommodation as per itinerary. But the hotel at ooty (Atithi bhavan) is not fit for getting any star. We are not getting hot water. The room condition is also not good. We have to stay here for three nights. The hotel provided (Hotel roopa) in mysore also - room is too small for three persons of my family. "my happy journey" has made my tour totally unhappy. I am totally disappointed. Verified Support Mar 12, 2017 My Happy Journey Customer Care's response HiWe provide u with more options and finally ur budget is not allowing u to take more options. U take the most cheaper options and finally blaming us is not fair. | |||
