[Resolved] My India Shopping — Delay in delivering the product and lack of communication

My name is Rajeev S. I have ordered a few video cd's online from www.myindiashopping.com on August 7. I have made the payment on the same day as well. An amount of rupees 351 was paid. Two weeks then and no information about the product and it's delivery. I tried to contact them through telephone. No response. If they cant deliver the product, then kindly refund the money. I tried many times to track my order. But the status says that my order is under process. They have provided a delivery time of ten business days and it is already over. My India Shopping delivered the product soon after the complaint was posted. The delay was actually caused due to some technical issues.They were not able to communicate it with us.That created the confusion.Thank you for such a forum for consumers.

Item not dispatched

I had made a purchase from myindiashopping.com on 4/12/14 order no [protected]. It has been 6 days, and they still have not dispatched the item, and have not replied to my email also.
