My Recharge With Vodafone — Unilaterally debiting unnecessarily huge amount without information

My Mom is using Vodafone SIM Card No.+91 [protected]. Every time she recharge/topup her mobile it shows exact credit and balance.

But the thing is she rarely uses to make calls. There is no internet connection in this mobile.

But after recharging for making barely one or two calls vodafone deducts heavy amount and the balance become within one day of on the same day to zero.

On 15.01.17 recharged with Rs.95/-.
But she made only two calls after recharge but the balance has come down tobare minimu.

She do not know on what basis vodafone charging for talks or vodafone unilaterali debiting amount at its will and whims.

Kindly redress the issue by taking it with Vodafone and asking them to funish details and of deductions vs topups.

My atm card valid from May 2009. But, expery month and year not mentioned on my sbi shopping cum atm card. How may I know this?
