Dear Sir,

I have booked a car KWID RXT Model 799cc with you on Dated 08.07.2016. I have also paid an advance amount of Rs. 5000/- for the booking, whose Receipt No is 144-S.

Due to non availability of the car with you & lots of lame excuses regarding delivery, my self intend to cancel my booking with you.

You are requested to kindly refund my advance of Rs. 5000/- & kindly let me know when & how shall i collect.
