My Trip — my sri lanka tour was called off by the agency but still not refunding the money

I booked Sri Lanka package from My Trip and I paid Rs.57500 advance on 19th November 2019. After that i followed up many times for the travel details but they told that they will provide everything on 22nd December 2019. Then on 24th December late afternoon they called and told that they can not operate the tour on the date decided before. I told I was not comfortable with other dates and asked to refund the money. They asked for 15 days to refund the amount. But till date no communication. I called them today and asked about the refund and they are making some useless excuses and delaying. Please help.
