My TVS — Cheating in car servicing

I had given my car for service to My TVS for a service this January. They tried to rectify the complaint, but after the bad service they did the vehicle had much more complications. Again i gave it back to them for service, its been 20 days i had given the vehicle and they are not responding properly, i tried to approach the customer care, even that are not responding or replying the call. They are cheating on bills.

Today i went for my car service to mytvs car care @ thiruvanaikoil ( chennai Trunk road), everybody was there and ask me to wait and they were watching tv a mobile for more than 15 minutes without any response.
