Myairticket.com — Has betrayed with fake promises

Hi sir/madam,
Most respectfully i wish to state that i had ordered a booking of a flight ticket from new delhi to dallas (usa) on 2nd july 2015 through myairtickets.com with emirates airlines. i had paid rs. 55800 for the ticket. my intended date of travel was 11th august.initially they told i will get my ticket by 10th july. when i called on 10th they told i will get it on 20th july, on 20th they told i will get it by 27th july, on 27th july they told i will get on 7th august (they gave me a written mail, mail attached), on 7th they told i will get it by 8th (on mail), on 8th they told office will open on monday (10th august), so i will get it on monday, on monday they said i will get it on 11th aug for sure, on 11th they said i will get it by 2 pm, then later they said i will get b 4 pm and then by 8 pm, at 7:30 pm they told they were unable to book my ticket in emirates so they can arrange any other airline ticket for me, at 8 pm they sai they cannot book any tickets and i will get the refund. at very last moment they betrayed and i was having my luggage packed, just waiting for the tickets. lastly i had to book it on my own with a heavy fare (rs. 92000). and in refund also they are saying it will take a month or so.
I want this kind of fraud online companies to be shut as soon as possible who fake the promises of confirmed tickets and later betray. they killed my time and energy and i had to pay a huge amount to book the original tickets by myself. i want you to take a strict action against them and help me getting my refund back. if possible please get me the extra amount also that i had to pay due to urgent booking[protected]= rs 36200).
