I am nataraj ananthanarayanan and i am residing at mumbai for the past 2 years. on 16th may 2015 i made a ticket booking for my family (4 members) with myairticket.com situated at netsmartz house, 3rd floor, plot no.10, it park, rajiv, gandhi chandigarh technology park, kishangarh, phase - i, manimajra, chandigarh, 160101 for 2 way tickets from mumbai - washington – mumbai. the date of travelling was 19th august 2015 0555 hrs. for that we paid rs. 3, 03, 200/- (rupees three lakhs three thousand and two hundred only). on 18th august around 1600 hrs i got a call from myairticket.com that my tickets have been cancelled and they will repay my full amount. i was totally shocked because i have done some bookings at us for my personal trips. i was mentally harassed because of the last minute cancellation. i called turkish airlines about my booking; they clearly told me that myairticket.com did not pay the desired amount. when i called myair-ticket.com, they told me that one of their internal suppliers did not make the payment. but they were asking me again to pay the money so that they can book the tickets. i totally refused to pay the money and took care of my trip personally. they sent a mail stating that they would repay my money rs.3, 03, 200/- in a span of three weeks.
I am calling them often to check the status of the repayment. i am not getting proper reply or answer from them. they always try to ignore me as much as possible. i am totally worried about my repayment. i am mentally traumatised because of all these incidents made by myairticket.com. it's my hard earned money which is there with them and they are totally not caring about my status. i have checked about their agency in the internet and i got to know that they are being cheating people all the time.
