Without my concern how can you even charge 49. I have never got any message or anything to accept that service.
Just revert back what ever service you wish to provide I don’t need. without customer opinion how can just do like this?
Please try to fix the main issue first that is “network” instead of working on new plan and all.
Because o[censored]sing this network I missed many important calls!
