My mr # 413701: i visited my dentist panchvati, ahmadabad on[protected] with a pain in right-lower jaw & my dental cap needed to be replaced. I informed dr. Khushboo to check my earlier details in their records. She diagnosed me with a re-rct after taking x-ray. As i mentioned that i had to travel, thus she need to take money only for the treatment she was to do on that day, she took inr 2500/-. Ones the money was transferred, she started to grind my teeth & prescribed me with some anti-biotics & a pain-killer. I traveled to valsad on the[protected], reaching on there the pain increased, so i visited a local dentist, a mds & ortho surgeon in kasturba hospital, valsad - an x-ray was taken again & here i was informed that i suffered from a gum infection & there was no need to be treated for a re-rct. As i had a photo of the previous x-ray taken on[protected], i showed it to the mds & he said that there was only a gum infection. Thus, i called dr. Khushboo & informed her, about the diagnostic made; she was apologetic & was sorry for the wrong diagnosis made by her. When i asked her for a refund, she refused, stating - that is not in her power. Now, she want me to be checked by their consultant orthodontist. But there is no talk with regard to the refund. Was this information helpful? |
