I have ordered from website
Chocolate Cake With 6 Red Roses Bunch and 5 Dairy Milk.
but when I received the order it was only cake and rose and the cake had a damaged photo attached for your reference and 5 dairy milk was missing. very bad service
and my order timing is fix (10;00 to 11;00 AM) and for this charges 195/- but my order is delivered 12;30 PM.

    Fraud website, you will loose your money one or the other way

    With me they asked for payment which I did and didn't receive any feedback or the product and there is no way you can contact them

    Be smart, I wish I had reviewed the comments before using this disgusting website. Lesson learnt

      Be refunded but its been one month couldn’t get any refund
      Infact there is no refund option in the site
      I think its a scam
      Plz take a proper action againt them
      N resolve the issue

          This is regarding my refund. I have paid an amount of 445 twice, my money has been deducted however my order could not be placed. I have confirmed with bank and they have confirmed that the amount was released from bank gateway.

          I have been trying to connect with the number provided to contact flower app however nobody is responding.

          I am startled to see the service, this is the first time I ordered something from my flower app but the experience is worst.

            I order a flower, and it’s confirmed and I received a payment receipt, still I didn’t receive my order and there is no contact number and I submit a request still there is no response. Is it spam or what ?

              I placed an order for a cake and flowers on the 29th of November 2022.

              I received a call from a delivery executive on the same day saying that the flowers were not available and that he will go to a second location and pick something up if I pay him an extra 350rs. The flowers he was going to pick up were different than what I paid for. So I told him not to do that and give me a refund for the flowers.

              He stopped answering my calls.

              Then I emailed the company and they mentioned that they will refund the money to my “myflowerapp” wallet. I told them that I want a cash refund. They said they can only send they money as a credit on their app. I said that that is not mentioned anywhere in their terms and conditions while I was placing the order. They then stopped responding to my emails.

              I request you to help me out with this issue. They are trying to cheat me out of my money for a service that they did not provide and are forcing me to use their app again when I did not like their service at all.

                Hi I have ordered bouquet from Myflowerapp for my friends marriage on 13th Nov 2022 worth 1084 Rs, My order ID is[protected]. On 13th Nov evening I received a call from them saying the order is not possible for that particular location, so I cancelled my order. They intimated me that the amount will be refund within 5 to 7 working days but now its more than 15 days still I have not received any refund amount. I mailed them tried to contact the customer care but no response from their end. Kindly take some steps to avoid these kind of fake apps.

                    It is a fraud website. Please guys do not order anything in this website. I have ordered a cake worth Rs.1000 on October 16th for my sister's birthday on October 17th. They have accepted the order and on the next day in the evening they texted me saying we can't deliver this as the location is too far. They knew that its far away from their place when I ordered the cake. If they really feel its far, they should not accept the order or atleast...

                    I order flowers and chocolate for my friend and after placing the order and paying the amount Rs 1965 I was told that fresh flowers are not available at my chosen location, then they ask me to change it for their cake, I then choose to go with their chocolate, but again I was told that they will take about 2-3 business days to deliver the product. I try to compromise with them as they cannot refund me on my bank account, but this is too much, they are very unreliable and the same day delivery system is not well organised. I deserve to get my money on my bank account because this is their fault.

                                I order cake of Rs.1297 on 11sep and paid the amount that to be delivered on 14sep.
                                They cancelled the order on 14 sep and i asked for refund.
                                Today is 2nd oct, i did nit received the refund till today.
                                Many times i sent email and they blocked my number.
