Myflowerapp — Cake not delivered and not refunding the money

I had a terrible experience with MyFlowerApp.
First they promised the same day birthday cake delivery and didn't deliver spoiling the birthday.
Then they promised that they will send some chocolates as they cant refund and that too has not been delivered even after 15 days.
They never pick up the customer care number and they clearly refused to refund.
DONOT USE THIER SERVICE.
I have lost my money u dont
