Dear Sir/Madam,
I have placed a order for delivery of cake through myflowerapp by paying INR 3066 via UPI payment on[protected] and requested for delivery of cake. Payment was successful but no items delivered. I called customer care service, but no answer.
This company seems to be a fraudulent company as I can see in complaint forum there are lots of customers complained on this.
I request you to ban this company website from the reach of new customers and request you to take strict action towards this company for making fraud. Also I request you to help me in getting back my amount INR 3066 as it is my hard earned money.
I have attached proof of transaction done to this Amolica gifts private Ltd. and email screenshot received from this company website for your kind perusal.
