Myflowerapp — I was charged extra fee for delivery. But it was not delivered on time

I ordered a cake via myflower app on 28-April-2022. I was charged extra Rs 195 for a delivering in a time slot (fixed time delivery). When it was not delivered on time, they said that my place is far away and required the charge for delivering to this place and they provided a new delivery time. This was a lie in first place, as I spoke with the person who makes cake and he confirmed that they deliver to my place very often.
The cake was not delivered by the new proposed time too. They cake also did not have the birthday message I asked.
Desirable solution: I need refund of 195 Rs.

I am facing the exact same issue... I had placed an order on May 3 for delivery today I.e. May 6... at the time of placing order and debiting money... no disclaimer is provided... today on the date of delivery they are calling me and saying your pincode is too far we cannot deliver the cake unless you pay 150 RUPEES... I paid the money .. the lady on the phone said it will be delivered before 3pm .. it is not yet delivered... they are treating this as free delivery inspite of taking addtional 150 ruppess from me separately... this business should be shut down as they are only cheating and harassing customers
