Myflowerapp — Non-delivery of Prepaid Service

I placed an order of a bouquet costing Rs. 874 yesterday on the myflowerapp' website for my mother based out in Mathura.
As per the order dashboard, the expected TAT for delivery was between 3-24 hrs.
I waited the entire day but neither the order was delivered, nor there is any cancellation or complaint procedure visible on their website to redirect the consumer towards complaint redressal.
My money was looted & no action or revert was heard from the brand.
I need support to get my money back.
