I had ordered a cake from www.myflowerapp.com on 16th feb 2020. It was to be delivered on 20th feb in hassanpur at an office address
The cake did not get delivered on the date mentioned and they never contacted the person for whom it was sent.
When contacted they did not receive any of my calls and when i mailed them they 1st replied it is still processing and then said that it got delivered.
But neither the person who was supposed to receive got any call nor they contacted me.in one of the mails they are saying that the delivery person called me and when i talked to the recipient he took the cake which is a complete lie.
I have all the call logs and mails showing that they are saying completely opposite things in their mail.
Since it was a birthday cake it was important to be delivered on that day but they have not delivered it to the person and are refusing to refund my money.
They are not picking any of the calls. This shows that they are total fraud and have put up website to cheat people.
Please help me to get my money back.
Its a fraud website. Kindly look into it.
