I placed order for Cake and flowers from Myflowerapp. It was showing same day delivery.
I paid the amount using my credit card.
Upon inquiring with helpdesk, they mentioned that the services in the area where I ordered are suspended and I will bet refund via Myflowerapp voucher. I mentioned, I should have been informed about delivery not possible while ordering and the refund should be sent back to my credit card and not Myflowerapp voucher. As I would not be using their services again.
Even after this request, my order was canceled next day and I got cash back in Myflowerapp coupon code. I requested again to refund back to my card instead of coupon code. By this way they are blocking customers money and forcing them to use their services. I haven’t verified if their coupon code is valid or not.
Even after my request, I have not got any response.
I want my money back to be refunded to my original credit card which was used for payment.
