Order placed on 6th May at 10:53 AM with the order value at Rs 2467 /-
This is the first time I am Using your website.This order was placed for one of my little cousin who is 4 years old. She was waiting for this cake eagerly.
At 11:30 AM i get a call stating that my order cannot be delivered to this location and amount will be refunded to my Myflower app account with so much ARROGANCE in her tone and did not listen to me and she just hung up the phone after saying this.
Again I'm dialing this person, no answer. WOW first you promise a delivery TAKE my money and after taking my money you say we cannot deliver and after that no response.
The most IRATED time i have ever had.
Please understand the online delivery especially for birthdays is not about money, it is all about delivering the happiness to the customers.
I have 2 questions here.
When you are not able to deliver to a particular location, then why have you people confirmed the order for that location?
When you are not able to deliver to my location then what i will do with my myflowerapp wallet cash?
Are you people really serious about your business.
On top of this your customer care person is advising me that this cannot be delivered to this location and you place order for a different location. I dont know if he was meant to assist customer. What i will do by placing an order for a different location.
I feel sorry for you people as you are not able to handle a simple customer, how you are going to survive in this competitive online business.
I am 100% sure, with your existing team YOU CANNOT move even an inch forward, this is what i have experienced just within 2 hours of time.
