myflowergift agreed to deliver a chocolate cake 1kg + Sula wine (total INR 3, 900) + Greeting card (additional INR 250) + fixed delivery time (additional INR 200) on 02 Oct 2022
they did not give sula wine
There was no greeting card. It was embarrassing they scribbeled happy birtheday in a horrible handwriting... I have images, see attached... cant you get Rs. 10 spent to get it printed black and white on A4 paper.
The message was not the same as I put.
The cake was delivered late and not at the fixed time. for which I was charged additionally.
Sula wine was not given as promised, and some unknown brand was delivered - the bottle looks dated.
Newspaper packaging, and they promise good quality packaging on website

Desirable solution: Refund for greeting card, refund for fixed time delivery, part refund for wine, and discount for next order for all the time wasted
