[Resolved]  Myflowergift — Flowers not delivered till date

Hi, I did an online shopping on 13th feb for valentine's day from http://www.myflowergift.com order nubmer[protected] a flowers and cake were to be delivered by 14th feb.I have been calling them, messaged them, emailed them, left message on their chat on 14th and for many there was no response, if there was a response they said it would come but it never got delivered. On 15th feb when I asked them, they said various reasons number was not reachable, we had many orders, we can deliver it today, we can add cash credit, we cannot refund, we can refund in 3 days and we can refund in 15 days. and without answering the question and confirming anything they have dropped the phone. I am not sure which one to trust as my day was spoilt by them, I want my money back ASAP and I want an apology and compensation from them for ruining my day and listening to their non-sense.
