Myflowergift.com — ordered but not delivered.. rude attitude and failed to process refund

I had ordered for a cake on 27th july as a part of surprise for my motherâs birthday. I had called them on their number mentioned on their site and spoke to ms. Aditi, who guaranteed me that the cake will be delivered same day in 2 hrs and all i was suggested to do was to opt for fixed delivery charges too along with my final payment, but however the cake was not delivered within the said time frame. Also they were not answering most of their calls and also dint respond to messages. This gave me a idea that their service was only customer places an order and after that we are just a piece of #.
They really loot peopleâs money.
After multiple attempts to call them, mail them i found that they will not deliver to my area due to some lame excuses which i had crossed checked before placing the order.
I requested for a refund and they had guided me to their agent who replied very rudely. Agents mail was [protected]@gmail.com. There was a trail of mails with them and eventually they said they will issue a credit not valid for a year and cannot be used on any new year, christmas or valentineâs day. However i told them that i was disappointed with their service and wanted a refund only. They refused and they replied stating not to mail them asking for the same thing. I shall attach the screenshots of their conversations along with this complaint. I was literally been looted by them and i also find them looting many people here. I hope justice is provided and necessary actions are taken again this online site myflowergift.com
Looking for a refund not a credit note.
They provide pathetic service and fake promises.
