[Resolved]  Myflowertree.com — flowers not delivered on the committed time and neither are they giving refund

I had ordered for flower delivery for 14th Feb 2020 and order number was #637311. They did not deliver the flower on that date and since then till today i.e. 19th feb 2020 they are not even refunding me my amount. Even their customer care number doesn't connect. I got connected 2-3 times but they only told me that someone from concerned team will call but no one called. Yesterday the person whom I ordered the flowers for received a call and she told them to refund the amount as we don't need the flowers now to which he said okay but noone refunded the amount.
