[Resolved]  Myindiashopping — Money not refunded

Sir, i have ordered 2 tamil dubbed movies such as warcraft (2016) tamil dvd and pirates of the caribbean tamil dvd. after 2 days (on 12 october 2016), i have received an invoice copy of order id [protected] stating that one of the item was gone out of stock that is "pirates of the carribean" which cost rs 55 and also states that refund issued. on 13th october i received one of the item from the courier (i. e) warcraft tamil. the parcel doesn't contain any name or any invoice slip in that. only the tracking number was written on the parcel.

What is the problem is, still i have not yet received refund amount rs 55 for the item"pirates of the caribbean tamil. i have checked my account, still refund amount rs 55 not yet reflected. i have emailed [protected]@myindiashopping.com and [protected]@gmail.com plenty times. no one is responding to my complaints.

The item which i ordered was went out of stock for the order id 1160698993, total amount of this order is Rs 515 and refund amount for another order id 1160523234 is Rs 55. Total amount combining both order is Rs 570. They contacted me regarding this issue and asked me whether we can replace with someother item for that amount Rs 570. I said ok. and later They sent me the item which i asked.
MyIndiaShopping customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have ordered 6 Tamil Dubbed movies in DVD via netbanking. Still the order is not yet dispatched. i have emailed them many times, but there is no response from them. please help me... They specified 2 different pincodes in the address i'm very confused i don't know which is original. In the website they given 695005 and in the promotional ads which is sent by them it shows 695003. please send the item or else refund the amount.
