[Resolved]  Myindiashopping — Order has not been processed for more than 50 days

Hello, I have placed an order on Jul 31st on website ( http://www.myindiashopping.com/ ) with order number "[protected]". Before placing order, I got confirmation about the availability of products as I already faced some problem with them. Even though they said, all products are available, they despatched only part of the order ( i.e., 2 products ), on 11th August. They also promised me that they would despatch other two products asap. But till date it has not been shipped. Whenever I contacted them regarding this shipment, they were keep saying it will be shipped soon. And now, they have stopped responding to my emails from 9th Sep onwards. Forgot about their phone line. It always keep ringing, but no one picks up. And their online chat help is always offline. I was asking very politely and professionally with them. Still no responsible answers from them. Either they should process the order or they should cancel and refund the remaining amount. Now they are not doing the both. Please someone help in this regard. I have all the mail communications saved. Will a police complaint help in this regard ? Some sample mails I have pasted below.
