This company has been doing this fraud with eveyone, i will share my experience they gave me car with no oils such as coolant brake oil and engine oil, just to make money they rent out condemed cars which has no gurantee whether it will go for even 50 kms we rented out a tayota etios from delhi and when we started towards manali miday around 60 kms from chandigarh the engine of this car got seized, accordig to company policy we have to pay all the rent in advance along with a security desposit of 5000
When we inspected the engine agter the car was seized we were shocked that there was no engine oil no brake oil no coolant, after we were stuck in the middle of the highway with no one around we started callig them and asking what type of service was this, the call agent who was dealing with us was sunil after keeping us waiting for 4 hours in the night time they first offered us that they will send a crane to pick the seized car up and after that we have to go on our own . We started yelling at them as to where we will go in the middle of the night
Finally they asked us to come back to chandigarh and will give a replacement car, they sent out a troller to tow away the car and we had to board that troller only !
In the morning of saturday we finally got a replacement car and started our journey
Now when its about returning the car we had booked it from delhi -delhi they are now asking us to drop the replacement car at chandigarh, plus lying that engine got seized of the old car due to our negligence in driving plus they are asking us to refill the tank of this car however we had filled the tank of old car also they have the security deposit with them
We have full evidences against them that shows how badly they keep their cars and rent out to customers !
We have taken videos of all this and still they say they wont refund anything nor give us our money back (excluding rent )
