Myles — car rentals

I had booked a car from myles and just after 15 min i canceled the booking because same time my other friend had also booked a car so we did not need two car on rent thus i called myles and asked them to cancel the booking after with they said 50% will be refunded and thw other 50% will be deducted as per the policy!

After requesting many times one girl spoke to me and agreed to give the refund back to me (Full refund amount) and after waiting 4 days i called back and asked the status of refund but they says that in their portal it says the booking is closed!! And i am a consumer i don't know the company short words so i asked him what dose closed means? And apparently he too dint knew what does that means?

Fine agreed closed but when i asked my refund he says they haven't agreed to give the refund to me. Surprisingly i have the audio of the girl speaking to me about the full refund because its obvious just after 15 min of booking i asked them to cancel. Now i haven't got the 50% also and the paid amount too?

Booking id is[protected] booking in the name of ashwin on 24/11/2018 for 1day (Swift)

Hence non of my family or far far friends will use mylescar.com and i wil do my best to advice them not to use this website where all the cheating is in process.

Trust me zoomcar is the best!!
