Myles Car/carzonrent — myles car/carzonrent myles cancelled my 10 days car booking without my notice

I have a long trip planned from august 15 to august 25th from chandigarh. Myself and my friend booked 2 dusters from chandigarh with booking id 6770258 and 6770260 from myles and made full payment. We trusted myles and booked all related flight tickets and stays.

Suddenly on 2nd august, i and my friend received a email saying our booking is cancelled. I suspect they have increased the price and cancelled ours because we had booked it for cheaper price. They mentioned in the mail that they tried calling. I am really not sure whether they did call.

Now i am stuck and not getting any similar car for my trip. I don't see any ethics with this company and they really don't care about customer. Running companies like this with fraud and misuse of their power is not acceptable.

I kindly seek support from consumer forum for this.
