Myles Car/carzonrent — still waiting for my refund - most pathetic customer service in india

I have given my car on 19th nov and still waiting for my refund from last 11 days.

I have called at-least 10 times in your call center and everyone is saying that i will receive a call from backend team within 1 hour (Sames story from last 3 days). Till date i have not received any call nor i have got my refund.

I am like a fool taking the services of your company. This is the worst experience in terms of customer service by any company in india where every company is trying to give their best service. No one is bother about after sales service or serious about giving refund back. "worst company to deal with".

I need my refund asap or else i am going to the police station to lodge a consumer complaint.
