My trip ended at morning 8 but i still the location at 7 am and asked the executive to come and take the car he came at 8:30 and started arguing with me regarding the fuel saying that it was not the amount which was provided while giving the car and when i didn't agree home he went away without even turning back and when i called home he also didn't pick my call. I called the customer care but even there response was very poor, i explained my whole situation but still the didn't try to reach me. I called the customer care 5-6 times before they did something. It was the very rude behavior i have ever seen by someone towards their customer. Was this information helpful? |
