Myles — False promises and worst behaviour towards customers.

I pratham chaudhary booked a car scorpio from MYLES on the date 13th january 2017, with the booking i.d. no:6644458.
i started my journey with my friends at 12:15 from delhi airocity metroStation from where i picked the car, as per the commitments of the executive of MYLES that the top speed on which i can drive the car was 120kmph but the job card mentioned 100kmph on which they are implicating the voilation of overspeeding for RS 1700 INR + taxes which is inappropriate moreover the policy where the invoice provided by the company is way lot different from the job sheet provided to me as the fuel in the car was not full and same seen in the job sheet appearently they charged me on the basis of full tank fuel which is also not appropriate.
As soon as i started my journey the car started bubbling on the same i informed the concerned executive who came to drop the car to me, he said "that it is a big car and and this usually happens with these kind of cars and it could be possible because of the new tyres they had changed and suggested me to lower the air pressure of tyres and as he left i did the same he told me to do but as soon as i started driving the car for 2-3 kms the same problem still persisted but as i was already late so i continued my journey on the beleivance of the executive who told me that won't be a major issue but this problem continued till the end of my journey on which i faced a lot of trouble during driving the car.
as i entered Delhi on 16th January 2017 the car stopped at 6:10 am at mubarka chowk flyover so i called the customer care and reported my problem that car is not starting, so as i was on the middle of the highway with my friends including 2 girls so i called the nearby local mechanic he repaired the car and the car started then after reaching jahangirpuri metro station at 6:45 am the car again broke down completely and dint started after that i again called the customer care because there was no help provided to me till that time, then the executive asked me to wait for the toying van and promised me to provide a convenience to drop me and my friends to my door step and that won't be chargeable and told me that it will reach my current location of that time within half an hour but it took 2 hours to reach me meanwhile my girl friends had faced a lot of problem like "cheap commenting" after that when i sat into the car the driver asked me for 500rs for the petrol and the total sum i have to pay for the cab was 1200rs so the cab driver asked me to step out from the car as per the words he had with the executive of the company when one of my female friend denied to get out of the car because she was already very tired than the driver misbehaved with her by forcing her to get out immediately than i called the customer care regarding that, they dint answer my call for more than 10 mins so i disconnected the call as we were already very tired due to my journey and the girls were facing misbehavior by the crowd of the place so i got frustrated and left the cab provided by the company and board the metro but the company is accusing me for the cab they provided me which i haven't use.

with all the regards i request the management of the company i request for the proper investigation regarding my issue and to refund my security and all the false charges they have implicated on me, as me and my friends faced hell lots of trouble because of the poor management and coordination of the company MYLES
