Myntra And Phone Pe — about refund by the mantra to my phone pe account

Myntra refunded my money to my phone pe wallet but my phone pe wallet is still empty.

Total amount to be refunded:1385.36

I'm trying to contact the service centres of myntra and especially phone pe but no response is there.

This case is of the date: 11/01/2018

Please take action against these companies as soon as possible and please help me to get my money.
