Myntra.com — Blocked my refund worth approx 13,000 INR unethically and fraudulently

Hi,
I am in need of some genuine help in dealing with Myntra. I am so tired and fed up of them. I have my account registered with email id "bi***.suc**[protected]@gmail.com". The items were an addidas shoe and 2 athena red color coats for women.

All three products have been kept on hold, saying quality check not passed. I am extremely amazed and disappointed to see this tactic from them. All products had the original packaging and price tags intact, yet they have given a very fake reason and blocked my refund and also “kept the products with them”.

MY QUESTION TO MYNTRA IS" WHEN YOUR EXECUTIVE OPENED EACH PRODUCT, VALIDATED THE PRICE TAG, AND QUALITY AT THE TIME OF PICK UP AND SAID EVERYTHING WAS FINE THEN WHAT MADE YOU BLOCK MY HARD EARNED MONEY UNETHICALLY???"
How unfair to keep all the original products themselves and also block my refund.
My complaint numbers for these products are below, and I have been calling them with no resolution at all:
1) IN[protected]
2) IN[protected]

I work on very busy work schedule and also having to manage following up with them umpteen number of times. I request a speedy resolution and that my entire money be refunded. I am really frustrated that a national level company get resort to such fraudulent measures.

Myntra wasted 2 weeks of time in back and forth communication, and assured a resolution. Now after 2 weeks I am finally told that out of 2 Athena Red coats(that were on hold), I can get refund for only one, but the second coat is DAMAGED and will be re-shipped. I returned the product with original tags, packagingaand their pick up executive confirmed that the product is FINE and no issues. Now why am I being made to face so much hassle????

Just because they have my money now, can they do such a monopoly. Why can't they question their staff or delivery vendors, IF AT ALL THEIR CLAIMS OF DAMAGE ARE TRUE. I can't be held accountable for any issues once I have returned the item. Since last 3 DAYS THEY ARE COMPLLING ME TO KEEP 1 PRODUCT AND THAT IT WILL BE RESHIPPED. i HAVE BEEN CONSTANTLY DENYING IT, BUT IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING.

I NEED MY MONEY BACK, AND I #SWEAR TO NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN, NOR DO I RECOMMEND ANYONE

UPDATE: even I after repeatedly denying to keep the product back, MYNTRA has been pressurizing me that they will resend the product and if I don't accept it in 2-3 attempts, then they will not be responsible for the product. why they can't underdtand that I need my MONEY, not the product. They force a customer to keep theie fake products, like this, really? I am really pissed off with them and I will strongly encourage everyone in my circle to STOP using Myntra. This is such a mental harassment they make a customer after paying the money.

Attached snapshots show that they are constantly writing that they will re-ship the product, and they have wasted my 2 weeks now.
