On 19 July 2022, i ordered 3 tshirt from Myntra Android application.payment option chosen was COD.
On 25 July 2022, Delivery boy arrived at modinagar Bus stand.he said that he will not come to my address .I went to modinagar which is approx. 7 km from my address.He said first you have to pay money than you can collect your order.one of those tshirt (Slazenger Men Teal Blue Brand Logo Applique Ultra-Dry Running tshirt) was damaged as it was stick to its polythene packaging and burned. So i return that tshirt at the same time and select damage product received in Myntra app .delivery boy took tshirt from me. I came back to home.in evening, Myntra app sent a notification that your return cancelled.
I called so many times customer helpline number but they were not listening my concern.
Today on 30 July, a customer executive connected me to escalation manager Azhra.she said we deliver product after 100% quality check so it's impossible we can deliver a damage product. And your return cancelled due to quality check. So now we are reshipping this damaged product to you it will reshipped in a very short period of time and you have to accept delivery.if you'll not accept this delivery may your package will lost.But under no circumstances we'll refund your payment.
My concern is i don't want this burned tshirt.please refund me my money. Was this information helpful? |
