[Resolved] Myntra.com — Order delayed & Cancellation without my consent | |
Dear Concern, I have ordered Mochi handbag from Myntra on 01/09/2021, Its order ID - #118231642602815307803. According to app it was supposed to deliver on 03/09/2021. However order got delayed & when I called customer service to know the reason, they asked me to wait till 05/09/2021. I waited but again product delivery got delayed. So, when I called 2nd time to customer service they again asked me to wait till 11th Sept. I waited again but as usual app was still showing delivery is delayed. Finally I decided to raise issue through twitter (Screenshots attached), on which one of their case manager called me after 24 hrs & requested to give 2 days time. I told her clearly that I will give you 48 hrs only if you will deliver my order asap or by this week or replace it with other bag of my choice & she said yes. I waited for 48 hrs & when I checked the order status in app it was showing order is canceled & refund is initiated. Please note they have canceled the order without taking my consent. I was not aware of it. After knowing this I spoke to 2 customer service people they listened entire matter, put my call on hold & then disconnected. I even followed up with Myntra on twitter but till now no reponse apart from apology message. I don’t need their apology, I don’t want my money, I want my order. Sep 17, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved They have booked fresh order. And your site seems fake as I am getting fraud calls seems morning. Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
