Myntra.com — product not delivered even after 17 days. not refunding my money as well

I was supposed to get my order delivered by 5th june but havent got it yet. Myntra has not even shipped the order. I have made complaints everday since 7th june but they always want 24 hours to respond and never respond the other day. Not even are they cancelling my order so that i get my refund. This is customer harassment and cheating. I want this order cancelled today itself so that i get my refund. Order id is attached
