Myntra.com — Return Request not taken care off

Had bought slippers from Myntra.com but did not fit therefore filed for a return request on the 16th June 2014, was sent a sms saying that the slippers will be picked by the Myntra executive by 19th June 2014. The slippers were not picked on the assigned date and even after calling up Myntra 2 times thereafter, the slippers are still not picked by the Myntra pickup man.
